The Corona springing educational crisis – Sarwar Pedawi

It is becoming one of the biggest threats for low income and lower-middle-income countries, where the constraint of sufficient funding became the biggest barrier. This may also decline the decades of progress while reflecting the effects beyond education even. This will eventually push the countries to the deepest economic recession with lasting impacts on society as a whole. It is obvious that a collapsing educational system will hinder peace, prosperity, and productive society. Therefore, it is imperative for national and international communities to protect educational financing through various avenues. For the sake of common global wellness and the development of a sustainable society across the globe.

Effective response on pandemic

The Kurdish region has experienced significant growth in the past decade which has been massively shaken by the aftermath of COVID 19. Efficiently responding to the prevailing issues and being prepared for the upcoming threats is the only way to face the crisis. Therefore, strengthening the resilience of the educational system is essential for effectively responding to potential problems. Governments all around the world have intervened to extend their support to the educational institutions in coping up with the potential challenges and making it possible for the safe reopening of the schools. People from disadvantaged families are suffering the most as the lack of resources makes them miss out on the virtual learning platforms as well. The lack of learning opportunities and social interaction will likely impact their social development in the longer run.
